QUANTITY SURVEYING

We have the expertise to provide a wide range of offshore and onsite pre-tendering/post tendering services like quantity surveying, cost management & BIM, giving us freedom to undertake a variety of projects to serve client’s needs.

We produce and validate BOQ for clients spread across the globe on international measurement codes including POMI, SMM7, CESMM3, QSMM, ARM3, Australia SMM, IS-1200, NRM, NRA and HMM. We make use of AutoCAD, Revit and Causeway software for accurate quantity takeoffs from 2D and BIM.

Our Cost Management team assists clients throughout the construction process, from early cost planning to pre-construction tendering and project monitoring. We understand that from the commencement of construction site is our role of monitoring the progress, cash flow, budgets and documentation is critical to the project being successful.

STRUCTURE DESIGN & DETAILING

Structural Design & Detailing team has experience of designing both RCC and Steel structures, based on Indian, ACI and BS Codes. Most of the structures are designed for the highest seismic zonal conditions in India and detailed to conform the ductility requirements of the Indian Codal Stipulations. Working through the complete lifecycle of design process the team has also worked as owners consultants in Indian Market for Building Industry.
